Brazilian Steakhouse Undergoing Significant Renovations

The restaurant is expected to finish renovations by July 2024.

Austin/Round Rock-area Brazilian steakhouse Fogueira Gaucha will be soon renovating its location at 3221 Feathergrass Ct, according to recent public records.

“Fogueira Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse brings the tradition of Southern Brazil to Round Rock, Texas, and its surrounding cities. It is here where our guests can embark on a personal culinary experience where the best of a churrascaria meets an abundant selection of international flavors.”

Public records examined by What Now Austin reveal that Fogueira will “replace finish outs, Carpet tile, Tile, Paint, Counter-tops, replace sushi bar with a salad bar, remove a non structural wall in private dining area and build a non-structural wall in front of kitchen and on the side. Remove benches exo/host.”

“Fogueira Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse brings the tradition of Southern Brazil to Round Rock, Texas, and its surrounding cities. It is here where our guests can embark on a personal culinary experience where the best of a churrascaria meets an abundant selection of international flavors,” the official website states. 

Costing an estimated $400,000, the restaurant is expected to finish renovations by July 2024.
