Round Table Pizza, a national pizza chain known for “time-honored recipes, hand-rolled dough, homemade tomato sauce, and toppings piled to the edge,” is expanding into San Marcos.
According to recent construction documents, the franchise is planning to open an outpost at 1430 N IH 35, just off the highway. This location—among many others to open in Texas—will be run by San Antonio-based Brame Holdings, LLC.
The records in question describe an “Interior finish out including new walls ADA compliant restrooms new kitchen with new kitchen equipment, and dining area” covering around 1,938 square feet. It is estimated to cost around $125,000 and should reach completion in fall 2025.
‘In 1959, Bill Larson opened the first Round Table Pizza in Menlo Park, California. He envisioned a gathering place where you could “share a little pizza with someone you love.” Bill believed in using gold-standard ingredients and time-honored recipes to boldly bake hand-crafted pizza worth sharing,’ Round Table’s official website states.
Brame Holdings, which also runs FatBurger, Beans & Brews, and Johnny Rockets locations describes itself as “driven by an unwavering commitment to transform the restaurant industry through exceptional franchise experiences.”
“As we continue to grow and expand, our vision remains resolute: to become the premier franchise group, setting new standards of excellence and innovation. By providing the resources, support, and autonomy our team members need, we empower to create extraordinary experiences for our franchisees and customers alike,” their website states.
