According to recent public records, a new restaurant is headed to Georgetown.
Juniper Cocktails & Kitchen will be located at 200 West 6th St, occupying a 2770 SF suite. Construction will consist of a “tenant finish out for a 2,2700 sf restaurant on the ground floor of a new construction fully-sprinklered 3-story building.”
“We are excited to announce that JuniperGTX is coming soon to Georgetown, Texas!” the official website states.
“Join us for a delightful experience! Our chef’s variety of small plates beautifully combines your favorite flavors with an imaginative twist. Our skilled mixologists are here to bring a splash of fun and creativity to every delicious cocktail they craft just for you.”
While no opening date has been announced, the website announces an early 2025 debut.
