Central Florida seems to be on the mind of the Maple Street Biscuit Company. A few weeks back, What Now reported on an Orlando location coming to Glass House Lane, and now we’ve caught on to an additional unit headed for Winter Garden.

According to a plan review filing with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the brand is getting ready to set up shop at 16027 New Independence Parkway. At this location, the fast-casual breakfast and lunch joint will near eateries like Wendy’s, Bosphorus Turkish Cuisine and Starbucks.

When we can expect the business to open is unknown. What Now reached out to CEO, Scott Moore, for more information. As of now, we have not heard back.

The brand specializes in serving quick, but high quality breakfast and lunch fare with a modern twist, along with specialty coffees. Since its founding in 2012 by Scott Moore and Gus Evans, the company has grown to over thirty locations and counting. The brand was purchased in an all-cash transaction by Cracker Barrel for $36 million in 2019.
