Local I Heart Mac and Cheese franchisee Kyle Fowler has a lot going on, from a grand opening celebration to scouting for a new location. What Now connected with Fowler on Friday to get details about his plans for the Orlando-area.

Altamonte Springs is about to see their long-awaiting unit of I Heart Mac and Cheese. Fowler shared that the location is planned to open at 931 N State Rd on Wednesday, June 8th. Expect festivities like raffles and the former NFL player Tion Green to be in attendance, signing copies of his book.

Fowler also shared that he has begun scouting for his next location in Lake Mary. He hasn’t landed on a firm location yet, but he offered these potential areas: Town Center, Downtown or the Shoppes of Lake Mary mall. With the supply chain issues that delayed his Altamonte Springs location resolved, he expects to open this location by the end of the year.

This comes as news about two planned Kissimmee locations, owned by franchisee Thomas Curran, were announced. Fowler shared that he also has the franchising rights to several other markets in the Orlando area: Winter Park, Maitland, Clermont and Winter Springs / Oviedo.
