The healthy bowl brand Bitebound will soon be opening in Orlando, according to a recent real estate filing. The store will be located at 5000 Dr Phillips Blvd, within the Grand Oaks Village shopping center, near Dunkin’ Donuts and Burntwood Tavern.

Bitebound specializes in tasty and healthy offerings, typically served in a bowl, featuring beans, rice, pork, chicken, corn, tomato, and pasta, among other ingredients. The brand also serves salads, soups, toasts, and a small selection of dessert such as cookies and cake pops.

Born out of a desire to access tasty, affordable, and healthy food, Co-founder Beatriz Oruna states on their website, “My sister and I work and have kids,” said Beatriz Oruna. “We were always feeling guilty about either feeding them fast food or spending $40-$50 to feed them. We were looking for things like rice and chicken or macaroni and cheese with pork.”

What Now Orlando reached out to Beatriz to inquire about the upcoming location and other pertinent information, but she was not immediately available for contact.
