The sit-down American chain Lazy Dog will soon be expanding to Kissimmee, according to a recent report in Orlando Weekly. The restaurant will be located at 8019 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, near Bahama Breeze and Orange Lake Golf Course.

Defining themselves on the company website, Lazy Dog states “We have sourced ingredients from places and farmers we love and respect. Each ingredient we use is carefully picked and prepared. We make every meal by hand each day, including all of our sauces, marinades and dressings.  We also have a seasonal menu, which is our ode to the current season, and where we celebrate Mother Nature’s beautiful bounty the best way we know how.”

Lazy Dog boasts an impressively diverse menu of American cuisine, featuring classic fare such as steak, burgers, salads, and sandwiches, along with finer offerings such as bison steak, St. Louis-style BBQ ribs, and a hearty pot roast topped with red wine sauce.

What Now Austin reached out to Chris Simms, CEO, to inquire about a more specific opening date than the previously reported “mid-2023”, but he was not immediately available for comment.
