Roundup Rodeo BBQ, a Toy Story-themed BBQ restaurant, will soon be debuting at Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios, according to a recent Disney press release.
Describing the concept, the press release states “Using some of his favorite toys, games, and playsets, Andy has created a rodeo arena for his toys … and all honorary toys visiting Andy’s backyard. Chow down on house-smoked meats, a roundup of sides, sweet surprises, and more in this western-themed family-style restaurant, where you’ll see the world through the eyes of Andy’s toys.”
Emulating various BBQ and Southern US culinary staple dishes, readers can expect ribs, chicken, sausage, and brisket, along with a variety of salads, vegetarian options, cocktails, and desserts — all named in reference to the famous Pixar franchise.
What Now Orlando reached out to Michele Gendreau, Director of Food & Beverage at The Walt Disney Company, to inquire further details, but she was not immediately available for comment.
In any case, readers can be assured that their BBQ cravings at Walt Disney World will be resolved when the Roundup Rodeo opens on March 23, 2023.
