A new food & beverage concept will soon be debuting within Hyatt Place in Melbourne Airport, officially addressed at 747 Air Terminal Parkway. The location will be managed by AD1 Global, a hospitality management company, based in Hollywood, Florida.

“It will be a full restaurant,” Jorge Aguilar, Director of Food and Beverage tells What Now Orlando. “A full food and beverage operation with a small eating space, a little over a thousand square feet. There will be a full bar as well. In the near future, we hope to have everything set up for a roof top.”

When asked about the menu, Aguilar describes a classic bar offering.

“It will be mostly American food. We’ll have some main entrees but mostly bar food such as wings, pizza, and sandwiches.”

Aguilar clarifies that the establishment does not yet have a name and that, when it does, it won’t be AD1’s determination.

“We usually like to name the restaurant so we can promote it. But since Hyatt House is the larger operating entity, they will be determining the establishment’s name themselves.”

If all continues to run smoothly in the pre-opening process, readers can expect an opening by the end of May.
