One Life Daily Market, a new health food concept led by Chelsie Nicole DiPaolo, will soon be coming to 1008 Orlando Avenue in Winter Park, according to Bungalower. The restaurant will be DiPaolo’s second local eatery, after the now-defunct Sanctum Cafe closed in 2020.

“One of the most powerful ways we can optimize our health is by eating whole, good-for-you foods. As a single mom and restaurateur, I know we don’t always have the luxury of time to prepare meals from scratch or have access to restaurants that serve nutrient-rich foods,” said DiPaolo stated in a press release. “Opening One Life is a way for me to share my passion with the Winter Park community and support them in living their life to the fullest.”

While no menu has yet been made visible on the official website, it is notable that One Life will offer both catering and a flexible “subscription” option which provides a “rotating menu of 5 seasonal salads & bowls” with the option to add a-la-carte items.

While no specific opening date has been announced, Bungalower reports that the establishment should be up and running by “the end of 2023.”
