Double O’s Coffee, the growing central Florida-based coffee chain, is eyeing four stores in growing central Florida towns, according to recent reporting in The Orlando Business Journal.

“Double O’s Coffee already has locations open in downtown Orlando and Apopka, with new local stores in the works in Ocoee, St. Cloud, Cocoa and Titusville and an out-of-state store planned in Las Vegas,” the publication reported.

The news is significant for the young brand which has shown success at its existing Orlando and Apopka locations.

What Now Orlando recently corresponded with founder Colby O’Brien who stated the Ocoee outpost would be opening in “mid-September.”

When asked why the brand chose to open a Ocoee location, O’Brien points to his own familiarity with the town.

“I am from Windermere, so we are locals to Ocoee and it’s a growing city with a lot of new businesses,” adding that the location will receive a lot of traffic and isn’t close to many coffee options nearby.

Defining the company’s mission on the official website, O’Brien states “While searching for the best beans, I wanted something that would align with the Double O’s Coffee culture.”

“Building a relationship with coffee and tea producers has been an amazing experience as well as a great opportunity. This allows us to provide the best quality roast while providing the best experience for our customers.”
