Herberto & Rona Segura, co-owners of Duck & Drake Kitchen, appear to be opening a new establishment in Orlando. Per recent public records, Drake Kitchen & Bar will set up shop at 355 N Rosalind Avenue, within Suite 1.

“Our cuisine is humble, innovative and personal, while keeping traditions close to heart, owned and operated by Herberto and Rona Segura, The Drake features internationally inspired dishes which evolve throughout the year according to the seasons. As we strive to serve delicious food, we feature local, regional ingredients produced with sustainable practices whenever possible. Many of the ingredient in our plates come directly from the producers and crafters in the area,” the official website states.

“Our menu highlights global street foods and tapas inspired small plates, along with a handful of bigger plate options all suited to share, or not. Come and enjoy foreign and domestic flavors and passionately prepared foods in a very relaxed and welcoming environment.”

While it is not immediately clear what will be served, the Menu section of the official website showcases an array of colorful, upscale dishes from a range of culinary traditions.
