Rolled Pita Bar, a new fast casual concept, is coming to 20 N Orange Ave in downtown Orlando.

“We’ll be selling pita, wraps, salads, smoothies and potentially milkshakes. Our main items will be made-to-order pita and wraps, made with everything we have to offer in our salad bar,” owner Malcolm McSorely tells What Now Orlando.

“The location just seemed to be a great fit in a great downtown, where there’s lots going on with the venues, festivals, and office spaces. We’re betting that this environment will create a ton of demand.”

McSorely adds that there will be some indoor seating, but that the focus is on setting up a strong grab-and-go & delivery operation as he hopes to soon team up with delivery app companies.

While there is no opening date yet set, McSorely feels good about debuting in the coming fall months.
