Crooked Fork, a new restaurant, is on its way to 24 E Magnolia Avenue in Eustis, according to recent public records. The eatery will be the new addition to the quaint and walkable downtown street, neighboring establishments such as Foxtail Coffee and The Great Pizza Company.

What Now Orlando reached out to co-owner Nataliya Onushko who says that the opening date “depends on the inspections,” but did not provide additional detail.

While little is known about the restaurant’s menu, aesthetic, and vision, it is known that the establishment will be run by Nataliya and Alexander Onushko, two doctors by training. Local readers may know Mr. Onushko as the founder of Mid-Florida Pathology.

No opening date has been announced.
