According to recent public records, the upcoming fine-dining establishment Allure is approaching its debut.
“Allure Orlando signed a 10-year lease for a 4,950-square-foot venue at 13 W. Pine St. and was approved for $125,000 in funding through the City’s Community Redevelopment Agency and its Downtown Orlando Restaurant Program,” Your Community Paper reported.
The Downtown Orlando Restaurant Program is certain to boost Allure and other budding restaurants.
“We’re hoping this incentive helps level the playing field when restauranteurs are comparing the options they have,” said David Barilla, executive director of the Community Redevelopment Agency to The Orlando Sentinel. “What we wanted to put together was a program that would help put together a critical mass of high-quality fine dining restaurants in downtown.”
Allure Orlando, according to the report, would be eligible for up to $75,000 in incentives for the build-out and up to $50,000 in rental assistance.
