According to a recent report in OBJ, First Watch aims to open four area restaurants in the upcoming year.
The first is slated to open in Winter Springs at 5717 Red Bug Lake Road and another in Merritt Island at 795 E. Merritt Island Causeway by early summer.
First Watch’s menu features choices like Avocado Toast, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and Million Dollar Bacon, alongside fresh-made juices and Project Sunrise coffee. The chain also offers a revolving season menu. Dishes on the season menu have included Barbacoa Quesadilla Benedict, Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash, and Watermelon Wake-Up juice, and more.
“A third new location will open in the fall, this one in Citrus Ridge at the Town Center at Cagan Crossings. A 720 E. Altamonte Drive spot will open in Altamonte Springs by the end of the year,” the report adds.
No exact opening dates have been announced.
