According to a recent OBJ report, Ellianos Coffee will be expanding its central Florida presence as it eyes locations in Winter Springs and Lake Nona.

“Director of Franchise Sales Jonathan Morgan said Winter Springs and Lake Nona were chosen because they are ‘vibrant, fast-growing communities with a love for quality coffee and quick, friendly service,’” the report states.

Founded by coffee lovers Scott and Pam Stewart of Northern Florida, the brand took inspiration from busy drive-thru coffee brands growing in the Pacific Northwest and brought the concept to life in their home state in 2002. The company now operates 30 locations across Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, and is quickly expanding through franchising.

Ellianos offers specialty espresso drinks and signature beverages like the Tuscany Toffee latte, Cookies & Cream Freezer, and Red Bull Rush energy drinks. Their cafes also offer breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and other baked goods.

No opening date has been set.
