“Polished Casual” Dining Coming to Clermont

According to recent public records, Bloomin’ Brands will soon be opening one of their signature concepts in Clermont.

Set for 1201 E Highway 50, Bonefish Grill will soon arrive in town, bringing its “vibrant, Polished Casual® atmosphere” to town.

“Our candlelit booths and tables add an air of intimacy to our dining room, while our bar buzzes with the perfect balance of energy. Whether you’re planning for a night out with your friends or an intimate dinner for two, we’re ready to host your occasion,” the official website states.

Bonefish Grill was founded in 2000 and operates over 200 locations across the United States, primarily concentrated in the Southeast region. It is part of Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., a company that owns over 1,450 restaurants worldwide, including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba’s Italian Grill.
