Colombian Bakery, the popular Latin American establishment at 14560 Gatorland in Orlando, is transitioning into a full-fledged cafe, according to recent public records. 

In a brief call with What Now Orlando, owner Juan Angulo confirms the restaurant’s transition from bakery to full time restaurant. 

Colombian Bakery now serves an all day menu of breakfast lunch and dinner. 

No website exists.
