The ever-growing and popular brand Sushi Sake is establishing another location. What Now on Friday came across a plan review filing with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation that confirmed the forthcoming unit.
Expect to find it at 10640 Pines Blvd, near the Boulevard Square shopping center, where it will neighbor concepts like Colada Cuban Café, Mister 01 Extraordinary Pizza and Pinkberry.
It is unknown when the new location will open, but it appears that they are still in the planning phase. On May 26, the brand initiated a plan review that is still in process. Sushi Sake offers franchise opportunities, but it appears that this location is corporate-owned. The company behind the filing is SUSHI SAKE PINES, LLC, and it is registered to James Aguayo, a co-founder of the brand.
What Now attempted to reach out to Aguayo, but we have yet to hear back. Their website displays a page for the location, but does not offer any word about when they will open.
