What Now Miami recently came across a series of plan review filings with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation that indicate plans to renovate three Dunkin’ Donuts locations.
HZ Coffee Group, LLC, which is based out of Sugarland, Texas, has submitted plans for remodeling two locations in Coral Springs and one in Fort Lauderdale. As of now, all the locations are currently open.
The addresses for the two Coral Springs locations are: 8175 Wiles Road and 1146 N University Drive. The Fort Lauderdale unit is located at 901 W State Rd 84.
HZ Coffee Group is led by Amin Dhanani, who has not responded to What Now’s request for more information. When these locations are expected to undergo their remodeling is unknown. What Now Orlando recently reported on a Central Florida Dunkin’ owned by HZ Coffee Group that plans to renovate soon.
The brand has recently rolled out its “Next Generation Store,” a modern and updated concept that includes an expedited drive-thru lane exclusively available to mobile orders, digital kiosks and more that you can read about here. It is unclear if this is the remodeling that these stores will undergo.
