With restaurant locations in states as far-flung as California, Florida, Hawaii, and New York, Tommy Bahama looks to be bringing its Marlin Bar brand to Palm Beach Gardens. According to a plan review submitted last week, the new Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar will open in The Gardens Mall, located at 3101 PGA Blvd.

Details on the Gardens Mall location’s menu are currently unavailable. The Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in Jacksonville has offered signature cocktails like the Baja Margarita (Sauza Commemorativo Añejo, Cointreau, Grand Marnier, Scratch Sour, Lime) and the Raspberry Jalapeño Paloma, with Milagro Silver, raspberry, lime, and cane syrup. A selection of martini and island rum drinks complete the cocktail picture, alongside which is a selection of wines.

The Jacksonville location has a laid back food menu as well, featuring snacks like its World Famous Coconut Shrimp, Hurricane Tots, and Ahi Tuna Mini Tacos. Normal-sized taco varieties offer proteins like Carnitas, Mahi Mahi, and Filet Mignon, and other handhelds include All-American Burger Sliders and “Nashville” Hot Chicken Sliders. The food menu also offers a few salads and bowls, plus desserts like Key Lime Pie.

The Gardens Mall has over 150 stores and cafes on two levels. It is home to restaurants like California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang’s, and Brio Italian Grill.

What Now Miami was unable to reach a representative of Tommy Bahama for comment on Monday. No opening date for the Gardens Mall location has been announced.
