The community of retail and restaurant locations between NW 136th Ave and N Harrison Pkwy will soon welcome Vita Nostra, a new Argentine bakery and bistro. Vita Nostra will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., opening at 149 NW 136th Ave.
“There are a lot of restaurants that call themselves Argentine but don’t offer the flavor of our country,” owner Johanna Tapia told What Now on Friday morning. Vita Nostra, she said, will be the real thing.
Tapia added that the menu will comprise breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering coffee drinks, pastries, and a variety of dishes including French toast, breaded steak, pizza, hamburgers, and other sandwiches like croque madame. Wine will also be served.
The location is situated near the intersection with NW 3rd St, opposite an Ikea. The space is part of one of two buildings between NW 136th Ave and N Harrison Pkwy, a plaza that is also home to food and drink establishments like like PINCHO, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Yonutz.
No opening date has yet been announced for Vita Nostra, but be on the watch for this new bakery and bistro brand coming to Sunrise.
