A new Dunkin’ appears to be on its way to Weston! A recent plan review indicates a Dunkin’ location may on headed for the southwest corner of the intersection between Glades Parkway and Everglades Parkway, at 2575 Glades Circle.
Dunkin’ (and, remember, that’s the name now; it’s been shortened from Dunkin’ Donuts) is known globally for its donuts, coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and low price point. Its menu features an ever-expanding variety of coffees, teas, and other beverages, like the branded frozen Coolatta.
A selection of classic breakfast sandwiches offers variations on the egg-and-cheese, with proteins like bacon, sausage, and turkey sausage, on a choice of bread: English muffin, bagel, or croissant. Along with these comes, of course, the selection of donuts and branded donut-hole Munchkins.
The number of Dunkin’ locations out there is nothing short of staggering, and Florida is one of the most densely Dunkin’-populated states around—it has the third most, in fact, right after New York and Massachusetts, according to one data source, with one store for every 24,105 Floridians!
The Glades Circle location neighbors the Publix Supermarket at Glade Crossing. Also nearby are Caffe Gourmet and Shibuya Sushi Art.
What Now was unable to reach a representative of Dunkin’ on Tuesday. No opening date has been announced for a Glades Circle location.
