Next year, Delray Beach will become home to the newest Bounce Sporting Club. The high-end sports bar chain, with its unique nightlife flare, currently has locations operating in New York City, Chicago, and Montauk. The Delray location will be the fourth restaurant for the brand, developed by BrandIt Hospitality Group.
Bounce Sporting Club Delray is still in its planning phase, BrandIt Group founder Yosi Benvenisti told What Now on Monday.
“We’re planning on having outdoor and indoor space,” Benvenisti said. “We’re still playing off our American fare, everything made from scratch, but we’re gearing it up toward the warmer climate. There will be more for the South Florida Palette.”
Bounce’s menu has featured chicken wings and strips in flavors like Naked, Smoked, Classic Buffalo, Spicy Koreatown, and Maple Bacon. Its burgers have included the BSC Burger (Lafrieda classic blend, tomato confit, white cheddar, sunny fried hen egg, arugula, secret sauce) and the Impossible Burger. A selection of small bites includes Chicken Shawarma Tacos, Truffle Mushroom Flatbread, and Pulled Chicken Nachos.
The Delray Beach location will open at 33 SE Third Ave., just south of the intersection with East Atlantic Avenue, on the north side of the Delray Beach Market food hall. It is expecting an opening in Summer/Fall 2023.
“We’re very excited to be part of the great Delray entertainment district,” Benvenisti said.
