First Watch has been a Florida brunch staple for more than 35 years. In that time, it has grown to approximately 115 locations in its home state. The growth looks to be continuing, as a recently submitted plan review indicates a new location headed to 3645 W 84th St. #4 in Hialeah.

“First Watch’s curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings that are made to order using only the freshest ingredients,” a representative told What Now earlier this month. “Some of its most crave-able items include Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes.”

The brand’s menu has also included items like the Crab Avocado Toast, Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast, Elote Mexican Street Corn Hash, and Watermelon Wake-Up fresh juice, with a revolving selection that follows what’s fresh each season.

The 84th Street location appears to be part of the Shoppes of Highland, a 329,122-square-foot retail project currently under construction on the northwest corner of Northwest 138th Street and Northwest 97th Avenue.

What Now reached out to a representative of First Watch on Monday. The representative was not immediately available for comment on a new Hialeah First Watch location.
