The southwest corner of the intersection between North Andrews Avenue and Northwest 37th Street in Oakland Park looks to be the future home of a brand-new restaurant. Plan review paperwork was recently submitted by Chulys LLC for a restaurant at 3635 N Andrews Ave.

Behind Chulys LLC is owner Christopher Hernandez. What Now reached out to Hernandez on Thursday to inquire about plans for the restaurant, which appears to be called Chuly’s, opening at 37th and Andrews. Hernandez declined to make immediate comment on the restaurant.

As a result, no information is yet available on Chuly’s menu offerings and overall brand profile. What Now is awaiting further information on the concept.

Opening in the North Andrews Avenue location, Chuly’s would join a number of other restaurants in a food and drink community that includes Quates Mexican Restaurant, Cuscatlan, Restaurante Las Chonitas, M&S Best Tropical Restaurant, and Tacos El Papi.
