Founded in Tallahassee by CEO Sunny Ilyas, Vale Food Co. has expanded to offer its selection of health-conscious foods at seven locations, including South Florida outposts in Fort Lauderdale and Miami‘s Brickell neighborhood. Vale is now preparing to expand to an eighth location, this time in Boca Raton.
“We’re very excited to bring our fresh variety to Boca and really show the city we have to offer,” Ilyas told What Now on Wednesday. “It’s going to be our Palm Beach County flagship.”
Opening at 5250 Town Center Circle #131, Vale Food Co. Boca Raton will offer Vale’s vibrant healthy menu of bowls (whether of the quinoa, poke, or açai variety), avocado toasts, smoothies, and more. Vale’s Signature Bowls include the Califlorida Bowl (veggie quinoa, buffalo cauliflower, Southwest chicken, avocado Caesar) and the Up North Bowl (cilantro lime brown rice, balsamic mushrooms, braised beef, chipotle ranch).
Açai, Dragon, and Chia Pudding Bowls feature your selection of a base, plus toppings like bananas, kiwi, peanut butter, sunflower seed butter, bee pollen, shaved coconut, and more.
As the Palm Beach County flagship, Vale’s Boca Raton location will feature high-end décor and impressive artwork in a considerable 3,000-square-foot space. And Ilyas says its only the first of several more locations planned for South Florida.
