As Just Salad passes forty locations in the United States, the chain continues to expand its footprint here in South Florida, where it is in turn approaching twenty outposts. And according to a recently submitted plan review, the salad-forward fast-casual brand may be headed to Boynton Beach next. Paperwork shows a Just Salad restaurant opening at 1780 N Congress Ave., Suite #400.

The Just Salad menu features a selection of specialty salads that include the Crispy Chicken Poblano, the California Cobb, and the Chipotle Cowboy w/ Beyond Chicken. And, despite the restaurant’s rather insistent name, there are also Warm Bowls like the Chicken Fajita Bowl and the Spicy Tofu Crunch Bowl, along with wraps like the Honey Crispy Chicken Wrap and the Vegan Chipotle Wrap—none of which, technically, are salads.

Opening on North Congress Avenue, near the intersection with Renaissance Drive, Just Salad would join other casual and fast-casual chains like IHOP, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Jeremiah’s Italian Ice.

What Now reached out on Tuesday to Just Salad Chief Operating Officer Apolinar Chavez to ask about plans for a new Boynton Beach Just Salad location. Chavez was not immediately available for comment.
