The building on Griffin Road between Southwest 29th Way and Southwest 29th Avenue in Fort Lauderdale will soon be home to a new restaurant. Plan review paperwork submitted by TSTD LLC shows Toasted opening at 2900 Griffin Road, Unit 2.

It is not yet known whether Toasted has any connection to the Orlando area’s Toasted Crafted Grilled Cheese & Burgers. That concept was founded in Winter Park and offers “crafted grilled cheese & burgers made with premium, local sourced ingredients that are always prepared in-house.”

What Now contacted a representative of TSTD LLC on Friday to inquire about plans for the Fort Lauderdale restaurant. The representative confirmed the existence of the project but declined to share any details at this time.

As a result, many of the details remain unknown about this upcoming Fort Lauderdale restaurant. What Now is awaiting further information, so stay tuned for possible updates.

Opening in the Griffin Road location, Toasted will join a food and beverage community that includes Kristof’s Big Foot Subs & Gyros, Chinese Kitchen, and Moran Patisserie Bakery.
