Born in Miami in 1993, Carrot Express has been serving up healthy food since before it was cool. The brand has grown considerably, especially in recent years, reaching more than 20 locations in South Florida, plus three more in New York.

Now, Carrot Express is expanding once more with a location in Oakland Park, opening at 3333 N Federal Highway, at the intersection with East Oakland Park Boulevard.

Carrot Express’s menu is loaded with healthy choices from All Day Breakfast and Avocado Toasts, to Açaí Bowls and Power Smoothies, to Power Bowls and Healthy Burgers—all of which make it one of Miami’s original healthy fast-casual brands.

“To our neighbors, working families, people on the go, and people who care about making healthy food choices that promote a better life welcome to Carrot Express,” says a description on the brand’s website. “A balance of delicious plus nutritious foods that eludes most health-conscious foodies!”

Opening in the retail center on the northwest corner of North Federal Highway and East Oakland Park Boulevard, Carrot Express will join restaurants like Pollo Tropical, Bahama Breeze, and PDQ Chicken.
