Blanca De Mexico Opening at Aventura Mall

It’s a new concept from DZO Hospitality, which brought concepts like Bakan Wynwood to Miami

DZO Hospitality, the team behind concepts like Bakan and Koko by Bakan is continuing to bring “the truest representation of Mexican hospitality, to the world” as it prepares to a launch another new concept at Aventura Mall. A plan review submitted by Dural Aventura LLC shows Blanca de Mexico opening at the mall’s address, 19501 Biscayne Blvd, in Suite 783.

“At Blanca, the mission is to honor and celebrate the rich culinary heritage of Mexico by seamlessly blending traditional methods and ingredients with a modern, sophisticated dining experience,” says a description on the mall’s website.

At Aventura Mall, Blanca de Mexico will join a prestigious food and drink lineup that included Motek, Gaby by Call Me Gaby, Serafina Miami, Pubbelly Sushi, and more.

“With every dish served and every guest welcomed, the aim is to evoke the warmth and joy of a full belly and a happy heart, encapsulated in the tagline, ‘Barriga llena, corazón contento.’ Through a commitment to quality, authenticity, and hospitality, Blanca seeks to create memorable dining experiences that nourish both body and soul.”

What Now reached out DZO Hospitality owner Lalo Durazo on Thursday to inquire about the opening. Durazo declined to comment on the upcoming new restaurant.
