Known as “your passport to a Japanese dining experience right in the heart of Florida,” Zuru Ramen Bar is a popular ramen spot that has grown quickly to include three locations, in Miramar, Plantation, and Boca Raton.

“What sets us apart is our dedication to crafting soul-satisfying bowls of Tonkotsu Ramen, fluffy Bao Buns, and savory Takoyaki,” says the brand’s website.

Now, the team behind Zuru Ramen Bar are at work on a new restaurant concept: Dumpling Panda. Dumpling Panda FTL, LLC—behind which are Zuru Ramen owners Jonathan Chen and Tsz Lam—has its principal address at 1824 Cordova Road in Fort Lauderdale, in the Harbor Shops. The restaurant is already searchable on Google Maps.

What Now reached out to Jonathan Chen to inquire about plans for Dumpling Panda. Chen confirmed news of the project but was not immediately available to discuss the details. What Now is awaiting more information.

Launching in the Harbor Shops, Dumpling Panda will join restaurants like Duffy’s Sports Grill, Poke Bros, and Joe’s Cafe.
