Eddie V’s Prime Seafood Looks to Be Opening at Legacy Place

A lease was announced for Q3 2024 showing Eddie V’s opening a location in the Palm Beach Gardens Shopping Center

Palm Beach Gardens’ “New Dining & Style DestinationLegacy Place appears to be the future home of a new restaurant from seafood restaurant chain Eddie V’s Prime Seafood. MMG Equity Partners announced the signing of a lease for an Eddie V’s at the retail center in Q3 2024.

It would be the fifth location in the state of Florida for the seafood brand, which has South Florida outposts in Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale, plus locations in Orlando and Tampa.

The dinner menu at Eddie V’s Boca Raton features appetizers like Tableside Steak Tartare, Yellowtail Sashimi, and Maine Lobster Tacos. Prime Seafood dishes include Chilean Sea Bass (Rich, Buttery and Flaky, This Captivating Dish is Steamed to Perfection and Served Hong Kong Style on a Bed of Sautéed Spinach and Pickled Ginger in a Light Sherry Soy Broth. Its Arrival is Announced Tableside with a Stunning, Steaming Reveal) and Norwegian Salmon with mustard and Kentucky Rye Whiskey Glaze.

There are also Premium Hand-Cut Steaks like the 22-oz. USDA Prime Bone-In Ribeye, the surf-and-turf style 10-oz. Center Cut Filet Mignon and 5-oz. Roasted South African Lobster Beurre Blanc, and Filet Medallions Oscar Style (topped with jumbo lump crab, savory housemade Bearnaise Sauce and served alongside steamed asparagus).

Opening at Legacy Place, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood would join restaurants like The Capital Grille, Coola Fish Bar, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, and Sal’s Italian Ristorante.
