A new fast-casual breakfast joint is coming to Phoenix. Freshly Laid, the brainchild of hospitality expert Austin Walter, will soon be serving up breakfast sandwiches in Scottsdale and Arcadia.

The restaurant’s flagship location, at 3701 E Indian School Road in Arcadia, has been in the works for a while now, and will hopefully open within the next four months as a dine-in, fast-casual breakfast spot, complete with a large patio and indoor-outdoor seating.

The spot in Scottsdale, which will take the place of GrabbaGreen in Sonora Village, will have more of a grab-and-go feel, offering quick, quality breakfast to those who need to eat and run. Walter hopes to open that location in about two months, at 15689 N Hayden, N Pima Rd.

If neither of those options suit you, make sure to stay tuned. Walter plans to have six to ten Freshly Laid locations around Phoenix in the near future.

The breakfast joint’s website, www.getfreshlylaid.com, isn’t up-and-running yet, but it will be as soon as the menu is finalized. Head there soon for the most up-to-date information (and even to secure yourself a free breakfast sandwich), or check them out on Instagram.
