Outdoor Voices, an active lifestyle brand popular in CA and TX, appears to be on the lookout for brick-and-mortar spaces in the greater Phoenix area. According to Jared Cauffield’s The Active Tenant List, published just yesterday, Outdoor Voices is actively seeking sites in Old Town Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, Camelback Corridor, and Tempe.

The listing specifies Outdoor Voices is seeking a unique properties with square footage in the 1,700-2,000 range.

Outdoor Voices’ mission “is to get people out there and Doing Things together, to redefine recreation as part of everyday life.” The retailer carries men and women clothing lines, as well as their ‘OV Kits,’ which curate your look for you. The company also aims for sustainability and longevity. “We design our product through the lens of longevity and circularity to reduce our environmental impact,” says the company’s website.

Given how active the AZ community is, it only makes sense that Outdoor Voices is looking to break into the market.
