Patio 54 Fusion Kitchen, an upcoming concept by Noah Hoyoung Pak, is planning on opening at 5415 E High Street Suite 101 to take place of the former Growler USA.

The brewery that came before held the spot for four years and served over 100 beers on tap. According to the signage posted on the building after closure, the business was ultimately locked out by its landlord.

Although What Now Phoenix reached out to Pak for more information on Thursday, he was unable to comment or give an idea as to an opening date. However, a petition to file a liquor license for the company was received on August 9, so it will likely be some time as they wait for approval.

This restaurant will be one of many eateries in High Street, including the Stir Coffee Bar right next door and the Soda Jerk Milkshake Bar just a few doors down.

The space, when owned by Growler USA, had two separate dog-friendly patios. According to the sketch included with the liquor license application, both patios will remain intact.

The unit, which covers 2,000 square feet on the ground floor of the four-story building, will also have two bars in addition to the kitchen.
