Orange Tommy Desi Grocery, an Indian grocery store in Tempe, is getting ready to expand into their second shop at 3875 W Ray Road #7 at the McCray Plaza in Chandler.
The grocery store, owned by Karan Singh and Chandana Reddy, started out right in time for COVID to hit, but has been able to maintain a steady growth ever since.
As for the second location, Singh informed What Now Phoenix on Monday that they were waiting for the City of Chandler to approve their building permits.
Leasing intel suggests that the new unit will have 6,000 square feet of space and the lease term is set to cover a minimum of five years.
The website for the grocery store says they are a “customer centric, socially responsible and ethical startup where high quality products and great customer service is a paramount part of the business, not just a lip service.”
The website also states they’re planning locations in Scottsdale, North Phoenix, Peoria, East Chandler, and even all the way out in Tucson.
The store also offers frequent sales. You can sign up for their newsletter or follow them on Instagram and Facebook to keep up to date with their latest coupons.
