Snooze A.M. Eatery, a company-owned chain based in Colorado, is heading for a second location in Tucson at Two Oracle at 7315 N Oracle Rd.

“We originally thought Tucson would just be one location,” said CEO David Birzon when he spoke to What Now Phoenix on Wednesday. “We’re so pleased with how it’s performing that we wanted to bring one to North Tucson. There’s plenty of opportunity out there and we wanted to tap in on that.”

The breakfast spot houses nearly 50 locations across the United States, nine of those being within Arizona.

The new location will have around 3,750 square feet of space to work with.

According to the website, the company believes “everyone deserves access to responsibly sourced food that is both real and delicious.”

That promise has them working hard with vendors who are just as passionate as they are about food, sustainable agriculture, and how animals are treated to “help create a better food system for future generations to thrive upon.”

Their “Snooze-approved standard” ensures that every ingredient going into the food and beverages has an impact on the planet and surrounding community.

While no official opening date has been set, the company is hopeful the Two Oracle location will be open by Spring 2022.
