Vegan & Vine is a new business coming to Moon Valley Center at 502 E. Thunderbird Road, according to two pending liquor license applications found in state public records. Applying as both a restaurant, plus a beer and wine store, Vegan & Vine will be taking up the unit neighboring Moon Valley Cafe.
When contacted by What Now Phoenix, representatives for Vegan & Vine confirmed their plans at this address but otherwise couldn’t divulge too much information. They did say that the concept will be a marketplace and wine bar, which they hope to open by late January 2022.
Based on the business name, it’s easy to guess that the concept would be wine-related in some capacity. We might also go as far to suggest that the wine, plus any food items they will have, will also be vegan-friendly. Until we know more, we’ll just have to keep an eye on this address for any further developments.
