A lot has been said about what’s going on at 903 N. 2nd St. We now know for sure that a speakeasy called Ghost Donkey is planned at this address but contrary to our previous reports, the concept is part of a restaurant and entertainment project from Flagship Restaurant Group, according to property owner True North Studio.
In addition to Ghost Donkey, expect a restaurant called Châm Pang Lanes. Based on the chic graphic design on their website, one might surmise that this restaurant will also house a bowling alley.
Before Flagship’s takeover, construction at this address was underway for what was supposed to be Punch Bowl Social, a drinking and dining establishment with an arcade and bowling. But the project never materialized and it’s likely that Châm Pang Lanes is its replacement.
Besides the fact that Châm Pang Lanes is currently hiring, its website, Instagram, and Facebook indicate no other information about what we can expect. Flagship Restaurant Group has been contacted at the time of publication.
It’s likely that the concept is getting ready to open doors within the next couple months after opening staff has completed training, based on the call for hiring for this and Flagship’s neighboring projects.
