Pazzo Gelato is coming soon to Gilbert. The shop is currently under construction at 5482 S. Power Road next to the Majestic Gilbert 8 movie theater at the southwest corner with Ray Road.
Originating in Los Angeles’s Silver Lake district, this family-owned gelato shop has gained national recognition for turning “farmers’ market ingredients into fantastical flavors of gelato and sorbetto,” according to Bon Appétit. Since 2006, Pazzo Gelato has continued to maintain a high-quality product by creating small batches of their artisanal dairy, non-dairy and vegan gelato.
“The only way to make amazing gelato is by using amazing ingredients,” is the philosophy stated on their website, which is why weekly visits to their local farmer’s markets inspire flavors that are made from scratch daily. Representatives for Pazzo Gelato confirm with What Now Phoenix that their Gilbert shop will likely be ready to open by late November.
