Jessica Denison, owner of Top Fuel Espresso, has filed a series of building permits for Top Fuel Cafe, at 1520 S Dobson Rd, Ste 220, within the Banner Health Clinic, according to the Mesa, AZ E-Permit Online Portal.
The current two locations for Top Fuel Espresso (Gilbert and Tempe) offer a variety of beverage options, including specialty iced, hot, and blended drinks, teas, and their own take on energy drinks among others along with a concise breakfast menu, according to their website. It notes that their “equipment, beans, baked goods, and other necessities” are sourced from around the Phoenix Valley in their efforts to support other local businesses as well.
It is unclear if the Cafe will mimic the Espresso brand or be a new concept. Denison was unavailable for comment as of Wednesday.
Denison, once a Barista at Starbucks, opened up her own coffee shop, Top Fuel Espresso, at their Gilbert location in November 2016, according to her linkedin profile. It also shows that she received her Bachelor’s Degree focused in Business/Corporate Communications from Arizona State University.
