Locally owned taqueria Taco Viva is opening on Indian School and 28th Street, according to Axios Phoenix.

Owned by James Greaves and Rigo Neri, the restaurant features traditional Mexican food, such as tacos with homemade flour or corn tortillas.

The establishment will have indoor seating, patio seating, and a drive-through as well, and they are currently aiming to open in January.

Five months ago, Neri posted a photo of their upcoming location, which was under construction, with the following caption: “Finally!!! Taco Viva construction starts!!!! So excited about this journey!!”

The owners did not immediately reply to What Now Phoenix, and there are very little details currently out about the forthcoming restaurant so far.
