Glendale is Getting a New Poké Spot

Franchisee Zackary Edson is bringing a Koibito Poké to Glendale.

A Koibito Poké is opening at 3870 W Happy Valley Rd, Suite 159 in Glendale at the beginning of 2024, according to a press release from Mack Media Relations.

Franchisee Zackary Edson is behind the opening of the new location, and did not immediately reply to What Now Phoenix for comment.

Customers can build their own bowls by choosing from a variety of bases, proteins, sauces, toppings, and garnishes. Examples of their signature bowls include the following: keto, chicken and shrimp, teriyaki chicken, Asian chicken, and salmon.

According to the corporate website, “the company aims to set itself apart from others by serving healthy food that has great advantages to building the body’s immune system — and by a commitment not to follow the standard but to become it.” The chain is influenced by traditional Hawaiian and Japanese flavors and ingredients, and are focused on fresh, clean whole foods.
