Next Brands is expanding to Phoenix with its brand Beef-a-Roo, according to QSR Magazine.

Next Brands is run by president Austin Capoferi, and Beef-a-Roo is their Midwest-based brand that currently has 14 locations.

The company uses a “modular container location concept” to allow for faster growth for their chains by establishing new locations out of low-cost shipping containers for $200,000 per location.

Since 1967, Beef-a-Roo has been serving fresh handmade meals at affordable prices. Their fast-casual restaurants offer roast beef, baked potatoes, wraps, sandwiches, burgers, soups, and salads, as well as their famous cheese fries.

Specific locations have yet to be announced, and Capoferi did not immediately reply for comment to What Now Phoenix.
