A Trevor’s Liquor is opening in the highly anticipated Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment, according to a press release from RED Development.
Owned by Jeff McDonald, this will be their forth location in the valley, which will be on 4604 E Cactus Rd, and is set to open in late 2024.
Similar to the other locations, the new store will have a beer and wine bar, a beer cave, a walk-in humidor, an indoor lounge, and a cigar smoking lounge with craft beer, wine, unique spirits, and cigars. What was formerly Sears will now be the new 13,700-square-foot space, and will have a full-service restaurant and bar, an expansive outdoor patio, and golf simulators.
Focused on blending shopping with entertainment, Trevor’s first opened in 2020 at McDowell Road and Scottsdale Road, and gained attention for its immersive concept. In 2023, the second location at the Scottsdale 101 Shopping Center opened. The third site is currently under construction in Arcadia, and is expected to open in December.
What Now Phoenix reached out to McDonald for comment, but did not immediately hear back.
