A new tenant under the name Pho Noodle signed a recently filed lease at 1760-1940 W Chandler Blvd in Chandler, which was confirmed by the complex’s marketing director.
Few details are out about the eatery, but it is part of NewQuest Properties’ Chandler Ranch, which is a 117,000-square-foot development said to be a new culinary destination focused on Asian shops.
According to the city of Chandler’s website: “NewQuest is establishing Chandler Ranch as a dining and shopping destination, leaning on its longtime relationships in the Pan-Asian retail and restaurant sectors to accomplish its mission. The majority of tenants, though new to Arizona, are well-established West Coast brands.”
Chandler has been ranked the number one city in Arizona with the largest Asian population, and the city is dubbed as the “innovation and technology hub of the southwest.”
Other businesses in the shopping center include Asian Corner, Ramen Hood, Kura Sushi, Uncle Lee’s Kitchen, Rapha Tea, Los Favoritos, Subway, B.B.Q. Chicken, Teso Life, Daiso, Gen Korean BBQ, Somisomi Soft Serve, and The Kickin Crab.
