Franchisee Keith Gallagher is opening a new location of double drive-thru burger and fries’ brand Checkers and Rally’s in Casa Grande at 1785 E Florence Blvd, according to a press release shared with What Now Phoenix.
The opening date is currently aimed at January 2024.
Gallagher works alongside his business partner Gautam Ramchandani, who are also the current owners of several other chains including Weinerschnitzel, Auntie Anne’s, and Cinnabon.
The chain as a whole is rapidly expanding across Arizona markets, and has established a strong presence in Phoenix. In the release, VP of Development Kris McDonald shared the following statement about the expansion: “Our brand’s commitment to quality and value has truly resonated with the local community in Phoenix and across the state. It’s reassuring to see our franchisees recognizing this positive response and eagerly expanding their portfolios. We’re proud to be a part of the communities we serve and look forward to continued growth in the state.”
With 800 restaurants and counting, Checkers & Rally’s menu features wings, burgers, chicken tenders, hot dogs, fish, and fries. For dessert, customers can choose from funnel cake, milkshakes, cheesecake sundaes, and chocolate chip brookie.
