While the company continues to work on the new location at The Colony, Eggstasy has submitted documentation to open a new site in Queen Creek at 20736 E. Maya Road, Suite 101.

The company has requested a full interior buildout of an existing grey shell to convert to a breakfast/lunch restaurant, according to the project description. KTM Design Studio is the applicant for the project. There is no exact timeline for this location, which is found near Heritage Town Square Center. The company is still working on a new location, coming to The Colony and moving into the former home of Fuku Sushi later this year. Eggstasy also has locations in Chandler, Mesa, Norterra, DC Ranch, and more.

If the company is approved for its eighth location, customers can expect a handful of delicious breakfast and lunch items cooked with the freshest ingredients. In addition to the fantastic food, Eggstasy also hosts events throughout the years to bring the community together. Next month, guests are welcome to join the restaurant for a July 4th celebration, followed by National French Fry Day on July 13. Eggstasy restaurants are also available for catering events and hosting parties.

“We offer the freshest ingredients in the market, often purchasing same-day,” according to the company’s website. “We aim to source clean, seasonal, and fair trade ingredients of the highest quality, working with artisan producers who care about their craft as much as we do. A few of the things we do are make our soups from scratch in our kitchen. Make our pancake sauces and compotes. Bake our specialty French toast bread daily in our kitchen. Make our pancake, crepe, and waffle batter from scratch. Fresh squeezed orange juice, made in-house daily.”
